Luke has been a regular visitor to the Island since
1979 when he was studying at the
Queensland College of Art at Seven Hills in Brisbane.
He has watched the Island change over this time and
he is interested in portraying the essential unchanging
aspects of the Island's landscapes and streetscapes.
